What we collect
We collect your name, email, password (hashed), and speaker profile information you provide. We also log event match data to power your dashboard.
How we use it
Your profile is used solely for AI-powered opportunity matching. We send transactional emails (verification, password reset) and optional match notifications. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Sessions
We use httpOnly JWT cookies for authentication. Sessions expire after 8 hours of inactivity. You can log out at any time to immediately clear your session.
We send verification emails when you sign up, and password reset emails on request. If you opt in, we send notifications when new matches are found for your profile.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@speakinggig.ai.
