Iain Lampert

Dr. Iain Lampert is an eight-time national champion speaker, TEDx speaker, executive communication coach, and founder of Authentalk. He helps leaders, technical experts, and high-performing teams speak clearly, think quickly, and persuade under pressure. His approach treats public speaking like a sport: structure the message, practice deliberately, pressure-test the delivery, and use precise feedback to improve. Iain has coached more than 1,800 speech contest champions, including 47 national champions. His own competitive career spans speech, debate, and trial advocacy, and he has twice won the International Public Debate Association’s season-long professional speech and debate championships. He speaks and trains on executive communication, persuasion, storytelling, impromptu speaking, executive presence, difficult Q&A, and communication under pressure. Iain holds an Ed.D. from Vanderbilt University and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. His sessions are practical, energetic, interactive, and built around immediately usable frameworks rather than vague advice about “confidence.”
