Jimmy Clare

Jimmy Clare is a compelling choice for event planners seeking a speaker who can deliver both an inspiring personal story and practical takeaways around autism, inclusion, resilience, and human connection. As an autistic motivational speaker, founder of CrazyFitnessGuy, and host of The CrazyFitnessGuy Show, Jimmy helps audiences move beyond stereotypes and see autism through a more accurate, respectful, and deeply human lens. His keynote, I’m Not an Alien, I’m Simply Autistic, blends honesty, humor, and lived experience to challenge assumptions about neurodivergence, health, and what it means to belong. Drawing from his own journey through bullying, chronic pain, anxiety, and isolation, Jimmy equips leaders, educators, and teams with practical insight on communication, inclusion, and creating environments where neurodivergent individuals can truly thrive. What makes Jimmy especially effective is that he does not ask audiences for sympathy. He invites them into understanding. Through relatable stories, humor, and lessons learned from building the CrazyFitnessGuy brand, he shows that autism is not a deficit but a different way of thinking that can bring resilience, creativity, and fresh problem-solving to any organization or community willing to make space for it. Event planners can expect a speaker who is authentic, memorable, and mission-driven, leaving audiences both moved and equipped with actionable ways to build more inclusive workplaces, schools, and communities.
