Monique Zytnik

Monique is an award-winning, global strategic communication leader based in Berlin, Germany and named a Global Strategic 26, one of the top global strategic communication thinkers in 2026. She is the author of Internal Communication in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, which won the Goody Business Book Awards for Technology Gamechanger 2024. Monique has worked internationally, presented on communication best practices at world conferences, and guest-lectured at universities. Her campaigns have been recognised by Gartner, Mumbrella CommsCon, and the Digital Communication Awards. She regularly shares her knowledge through industry publications and podcasts. She served on the IABC EMENA board 2020 to 2026, was Chair 2024/25 and was also a Director on the IABC International Executive Board 2025/26.
