I speak at conferences, workshops, and corporate events, and my favorite talks are the human ones: authenticity, emotional intelligence, failing forward, and the friendships and connections that make a life. My message is simple. The connection we crave is almost always already available, just unspoken, and someone has to be brave enough to go first. I'm passionate about helping audiences do exactly that. Authenticity isn't a personality trait you're born with; it's a daily choice to shed the limiting stories trauma wrote for us. I believe the wounds from our early relationships hand us a hidden blueprint for who we're meant to become – not hold us back. Through awareness, feedback, and daily practice, I learned that authenticity is a choice we make over and over.
