Brian Hazelgren is a chief executive and operator with a 35-year track record of building, commercializing, and scaling companies across healthcare, telehealth, and entrepreneurship education. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Sentra Core Health, where he leads strategy, commercialization, and ecosystem development for an integrated telehealth platform that combines connected medical devices, provider networks, and software-enabled care delivery. Across his career, Brian has driven more than $1.3 billion in revenue through healthcare programs he created and led for children's hospitals and integrated health systems, with 24+ years of healthcare innovation leadership. He has trained more than 150,000 executives, physicians, MBA students, and entrepreneurs; supported the launch of 1,100+ companies; and contributed to the creation of 15,000+ jobs through entrepreneurship education and ecosystem development.
