Jeannette Galvanek

Jeannette Galvanek is a Work–Life–Care Architect, workforce strategist and Founder and CEO of CareWise Solutions, Inc. She is the architect of LIFE™—Longevity Infrastructure for Families & Employees—and author of Building the Third Wave of Care. Drawing upon more than 25 years of executive experience, Galvanek examines how Longevity, labor scarcity, artificial intelligence and the collision of life, work, aging and care are reshaping organizations and the economy. Her work challenges leaders to look beyond conventional caregiving benefits and fragmented public programs toward the infrastructure, workforce capacity and service markets required for longer lives. Galvanek held senior leadership roles at AT&T and Bell Laboratories, including Vice President of Human Resources for Bell Labs. She subsequently served as CEO of the Business Roundtable Talent Alliance, working with major employers and senior executives on workforce strategy, skills, technology and national competitiveness. Her perspective also comes from lived experience navigating employment, healthcare, education and public-service systems for two daughters with disabilities. That experience exposed the extensive work transferred to families when institutions fail to operate together—and the consequences for employment, health and economic security. Galvanek helps business, healthcare, workforce, community and public-sector leaders understand the emerging Life and Care Services economy and the decisions required now. She has served on the faculty of Long Island University, lectured at universities and presented to business, professional and international audiences.
