As co-owner of Paradigm Staffing, a women-owned executive recruiting firm, she places PR, communications, and marketing leaders at top agencies, VC-backed startups, private equity firms, and AI companies. Jolie is the author of Thriving After 40: Creating Wealth & Abundance Through Your Authentic Success and host of the Thriving After 40 and Career Wanderlust podcasts, where she talks with people who have reinvented their careers and lives at every age and stage.
