David Fung

David Fung is an executive coach and the founder of Coachful Coaching Corporation, and before that he spent 23 years inside enterprise technology, most recently as Senior Director of Solution Engineering at Salesforce, where he grew his team from 5 people to 34 and supported double digit percent annual growth. What makes his talks land is that he is not describing leadership problems from the outside. He learned by being the problem. He was the leader flooding his team with ideas and calling it vision, the one who became the bottleneck he kept complaining about, and the systems he teaches now are the ones he had to build to get out of his own way.
