Ida Byrd-Hill is CEO of Automation Workz where she has directly and bluntly educated executives as a strategist delivering Culture Audits, Leadership Coaching, and Tech Skill Coaching to turn AI into positive ROI. With SenseiiWyzeTM, an AI-powered behavior prediction engine, she has trained 17,000+ front-liners in AI/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity Ops, Data Analytics, Engineering, Internet of Things, Mathematics, Network Engineering, Science and Technology, to power corporate digital transformations and organizational change. Her highest performing client project was for Dr. Bronner’s where she completed a culture audit and transformation that generated a 45% revenue increase over 3 years. Ida Byrd-Hill is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor with a BA in Economics and Strayer University with an MBA in Strategy/ People Management. She has served as a 3-year Director of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Holon IQ/BCG Digital & AI Leadership Council.
