Allen Martinez

Allen Martinez is the creator of BXAI-OS, a Decision Architecture system for consequential AI, and the founder of Noble Digital. His work focuses on the unresolved layer between policy and implementation: when Legal, Risk, Product, Operations and Finance can each hold a defensible position, but Engineering still needs one authorized operating answer to build. BXAI-OS gets legitimate authorities to settle decision rights, translates those decisions into builder-facing testable specifications, and establishes how implementation will be proven against what leadership actually authorized. The system is cataloged through NIST's Online Informative References program and mapped to the AI Risk Management Framework and the Cybersecurity Framework, with eleven implementations behind the architecture. Martinez is a MarTech contributor and the author of the 2026 research paper "Decision Architecture as the Missing Governance Layer." Earlier in his career he engineered growth behind Plated's $300 million acquisition, helped Fundrise reach #35 on the Inc. 5000, and was selected by Quentin Tarantino to direct commercial work through A Band Apart. He went on to deploy more than $25 billion in media for global brands, with commercial work held in the permanent collection of The Museum of Modern Art in New York.
