Charles Wolfe

Charles J. Wolfe is a CEO, executive coach, consultant, speaker, and creator of the Emotion Roadmap—a practical approach that helps leaders and organizations understand and manage emotions to improve performance, engagement, relationships, resilience, and adaptability. Charles has worked with CEOs, COOs, presidents, executives, teams, and emerging leaders across Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-sized businesses, government, military, education, Division 1 sports, and tribal organizations. His leadership experience includes work in Harvard Business School Executive Education in Organization Behavior & Leader Development, as well as leadership and organizational development roles with Exxon and The Hartford.
