Harold Nwariaku

Harold Nwariaku has spent twenty years on the buying side of industry, deciding which companies got through and which ones never got read. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, Cranfield-trained, and the author of The Procurement Blueprint. He founded Procurement and Supply Chain Consultants, a Texas-based advisory practice that turns procurement from a cost center into a competitive weapon. Before procurement he carried a sales bag for Procter and Gamble, thirty in-person calls a day and a hundred and fifty a week, calling on the same store owners at the same hour on the same day. He speaks to leadership teams, sales organizations and operations audiences about the decisions that get made in rooms they are not in. Every talk is built on one concrete object: a purchase order, a pit wall, a grandstand, a flight case. Audiences leave with one thing they can do on Monday morning.
