Douglas Katz is a West Point graduate, Army veteran, and founder whose career spans myriad industries and roles, a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, and the creation of two frameworks that challenge how organizations think about human performance. His flagship framework, The Children of Chaos™, starts with a simple premise: high-variance wiring doesn't stay in one lane. It shows up in how someone performs on a team, how they navigate authority, how they lead, and how leaders manage them. Doug is also the inventor and co-founder of GOLFRESCO, the universally mountable bistro table for golf carts, UTVs and SUVs, created to bring people together in nature by minimizing the friction and planning for picnics, tailgates and even secluded date nights.
