Known for his ability to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and strategic leadership, Kalle has successfully led organizations of over 70 engineers, focusing on scalable engineering processes and innovative product development. As the Head of Product and Technology Management at the Estonian Business School, he has pioneered a program that equips undergraduates with essential skills in Product Management. Kalle’s mission is to foster a new generation of tech leaders who can navigate the complexities of modern technology with confidence and creativity.
