About Rachel Radway

Rachel Radway is a certified leadership & executive coach, consultant, speaker and award-winning author with 25+ years’ experience in tech startups, national nonprofits, Fortune 500s and global enterprises. She’s held leadership roles in content strategy, communications, and operations in a range of industries, and served as board chair of an arts education nonprofit. Having lived in 10 countries, Rachel has an extensive background in and passion for DEIBA (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility) and intercultural communication. Her mission is to empower perceptive high achievers—especially those who identify as highly sensitive, neurodivergent, twice exceptional, or simply wired differently—to embrace their unique way of seeing and sensing the world, reclaim their voice, and lead with clarity, courage and curiosity. Through compassionate coaching, insightful guidance, and practical tools, she helps clients align their inner wisdom with their outer impact—so they can thrive personally and professionally. As a consultant, speaker and workshop facilitator, Rachel’s focus is on improving organizational effectiveness by fostering psychological safety and an inclusive environment. She speaks to teams, employee resource groups, associations and other organizations on topics including neurodiversity, neuroinclusion, and preventing burnout. Her book, Perceptive: Insights for leaders who feel more, process deeply, and think differently, about the strengths and challenges of neurodivergence in the workplace, has won five industry awards and earned rave reviews from readers.
