Sonia Di Maulo

Sonia Di Maulo, MA, CRP, is an award-winning leadership development expert, author, educator, and founder of Harvest Performance Inc. For more than two decades, she has helped leaders and organizations cultivate strengths, clarify purpose, and translate potential into meaningful impact. She is the creator of Take the Leap! Make an Impact (TTL!), an award-winning transformational development experience that has reached more than 16,000 participants across Canada and internationally. Her work centres on a powerful idea: legacy is something we live and cultivate through the choices and contributions we make every day. Through the Take the Leap! Ecosystem Framework, Sonia also helps organizations create purpose-driven ecosystems where employees are supported to discover, cultivate, and live their own legacies while contributing to a meaningful collective impact.
