Event and Organizer Data
To power our matching service, we collect publicly available information about speaking events, conferences, and CFPs — including event names, descriptions, organizer details, topics, locations, and application deadlines.
We use this data solely to match speakers with relevant opportunities. Collection is limited to public pages. Speakers remain responsible for how they apply. We do not share individual speaker data with event organizers without your explicit action (e.g., when you apply to an event).
AI Features and Data Processing
AI Matching
Your speaker profile is sent to OpenAI to generate fit scores and match explanations. OpenAI processes this under their API data policy and does not use API inputs to train their models.
AI Application Email Drafts
When you request an application email draft, your profile and the event details are sent to OpenAI to generate it. You review and edit it before sending.
How We Use Your Information
