Refund & Cancellation Policy

Speakers who joined during the founding period were not charged. We do not bill you unless you request Speaker Pro and complete payment. Your Founding Member badge stays. Founding-period service credits were already delivered.

We offer a full refund on your first Speaker Pro payment if you're not satisfied — for any reason — within 14 days of that first charge. Email us and we'll process it within 2 business days. Zoom On Sales LLC returns the funds through Payoneer to your original payment method.

The 14-day window begins on the date of your first subscription charge, not the date you created your account.

Paid subscriptions are sold by Zoom On Sales LLC, the parent company of SpeakingGig AI. Payoneer is used to collect payment. Zoom On Sales LLC remains the seller of the service.

Cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard or by emailing support@speakinggig.ai. No cancellation fees. No notice period required.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. Access to paid features continues until the billing period ends.

Except within the 14-day money-back window on your first payment, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of that period.

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will always work to resolve the issue directly. Accounts with an open chargeback dispute may be temporarily suspended.
