By creating an account or using SpeakingGig AI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Zoom On Sales LLC, 530-B Harkle Road STE 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States.SpeakingGig.ai is a product of Zoom On Sales LLC.

SpeakingGig AI is an AI-powered platform that connects professional speakers with speaking opportunities, conferences, and CFPs. The Service includes:

• ✓AI-scored speaking opportunity matching
• ✓Google-indexed public speaker portfolio
• ✓Authority Audit with AI scoring
• ✓Post-talk audience feedback and peer endorsements
• ✓Speaker event hosting with attendee management

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Paid subscription: When subscriptions launch, the Pro plan will be $69 USD per month, billed monthly, recurring until cancelled. You will be notified in advance before any charges begin. Payments will be processed by our payment provider when paid plans launch. We will name that provider on this page before we take the first charge.

You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time — see Section 5.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no cancellation fee, no notice period required. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• ✕Use the Service for spam, scraping, or any illegal activity
• ✕Submit false or misleading speaker profile information
• ✕Submit fraudulent or fictitious speaking opportunities (organizers)
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• ✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
• ✕Use AI-generated content to misrepresent your identity

The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate application emails, profile bios, and match explanations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sending or publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output.

We collect publicly available information about conferences, CFPs, and speaking calls so we can match speakers to opportunities. Fetching those pages is done with a clearly identified bot user-agent. We do not claim to index every event on the internet. Application emails and drafts are suggestions — you must review them and follow each organizer's rules, including robots.txt, form terms, and anti-spam law, before you send anything.

Human review of imported events remains part of the workflow. If a site owner asks us to stop fetching their pages, email support@speakinggig.ai.

You retain ownership of content you submit (bio, profile information, talk descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and your public speaker portfolio. The SpeakingGig AI platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Zoom On Sales LLC.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will receive speaking bookings, that AI match scores will be accurate, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoom On Sales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed speaking opportunities, lost revenue, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Fe County, New Mexico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
